No. Each condo is individually owned. Owners are not allowed to rent their unit for less than 6 months. Any rental agreement must be arranged with the individual Owner. Details are included within the Rules and Regulations.
The Office is open 9am to 5pm. However, the Manager may not be in the office as their duties include work on and off site. It is best to call (910) 636-3088 for an appointment.
Yes, but only according to our Pet Policy. If you have a cat or dog, it must be registered/approved by the HOA before it is permitted on the property. The Pet Registration Form can be found here.

Unit Repair/Alterations/Renovations before beginning any work. Forms can be found here and turned into the office. Homeowners and contractors are required to meet with management prior to beginning construction.
Contractors, Movers, and other workers have additional rules and responsibilities, found here and are responsible for cleaning behind themselves daily. A Document outlining their Rules are to be given them and is located in Forms.
The BOD strongly recommends that each unit have hurricane shutters to help keep water out of the building. More information can be found in Storm Precautions. If you are part of the Boataminium, other rules apply.
If you receive a letter from your mortgage company requesting updated insurance information please email a copy to NCCondo@McGriff.com with Harbor Oaks in the subject line. Our insurance carrier will provide them with the current information.
The Meeting Room can reserved only by Owners and their Tenants. This is done by filling out a Meeting Request Form.
